• Support and further development of currently seven central applications (e.g., DocuSign, Auditor Plus, CM Pro and other tools related to documentation, compliance and workflow)
• Capture and analyze requirements and support their implementation (business units → IT/provider/vendor)
• Manage changes (including coordination, communication and tracking)
• Contribute to integration projects, corporate mergers and migration decisions (sub-project leadership)
• Introduce new tools, deliver training and support users (change management)
• Technical topics within the role: service monitoring, certificate management, mobile access solutions, SQL integrations
