About the role

  • Support the CEO in a strategic and operational key role
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Independently manage daily operations (calendar, appointment, and travel management)
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, including decision materials and briefings
  • Prioritize and coordinate topics, requests, and information (gatekeeper function)
  • Support projects and cross-functional tasks

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Assistant to Executive Management, or in a comparable role
  • Preferably in a sales-facing IT or software environment
  • Strong process understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset within a matrix organization in an international context
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Confident use of modern collaboration tools
  • Fluent English is a MUST
