About the role
- ERP Application Management: Technical supervision of the migration project for the group-wide implementation of a unified ERP/operational system (data import from legacy systems, access rights, server login and authentication, updates)
- Application Management: Technical support of software systems throughout the entire product lifecycle, including operations in the data center, maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting, and access rights administration/granting
- Infrastructure Management: Operation and monitoring of core IT systems such as hardware and software, networks, and security systems, with a focus on migrating heterogeneous and decentralized systems into a central data center
- IT Service Management: Planning, delivery and management of customer- and process-oriented IT support/services for incidents, problems, changes, requests and helpdesk
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, information systems, or comparable qualifications/experience
- Several years of experience in IT management of infrastructure, applications and services, ideally within heterogeneous and decentralized corporate structures
- Experience with Microsoft server and client architectures/applications
- Technical knowledge of data centers, server architectures, firewalls and networking
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and a proven structured way of working
- Passion for and a proven track record in change management and digitalization
- Experience with IT organizations in healthcare companies (hospitals, long-term care, medical practices) and relevant operational software systems (MEDIFOX, connextVivendi) is an advantage
