About the role
- Care and support of older adults with mental illnesses (e.g., dementia, depression, schizophrenia)
- Crisis intervention and de-escalation for challenging behaviour
- Guidance and support for the nursing team in managing gerontopsychiatric residents
- Participation in care planning and quality development in gerontopsychiatry
- Individualised care: You design care that truly reaches our residents
- Assistance with daily living: You support with empathy and dedication
- Competent medical care: You carry out medical orders reliably and monitor important vital signs

Requirements
- Completed training as a nursing professional (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification (e.g., geriatric nurse, health and nursing nurse)
- Possess further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist or willingness to complete such training
- Empathetic, communicative, reliable, a team player, respectful and appreciative, and committed to modern, professional care to achieve the highest possible well‑being for each resident
