About the role
- Assessment and documentation of chronic and acute wounds
- Individual wound care according to current standards
- Creation and adjustment of therapy plans in consultation with physicians
- Advice and instruction for colleagues, residents and relatives
- Individualized care: You design care that truly reaches our residents
- Everyday support: You assist with empathy and commitment
- Competent medical care: You reliably carry out medical orders and monitor important vital signs
- Teamwork at eye level: You work closely with a dedicated and outstanding team
Requirements
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse (generalist) or an equivalent basic nursing qualification, e.g. geriatric nurse or registered nurse
- You hold an ICW-recognized additional qualification as a wound manager (m/f/d) or are willing to complete this training
- You are empathetic, communicative, reliable, a team player, respectful and appreciative
- You are committed to modern, professional care and support to achieve the highest possible wellbeing for each of our residents
