About the role
- Care and support of our residents in accordance with individual care plans, taking their wishes and needs into account
- Manage individual care processes: You design and oversee the entire care process, tailored to the individual needs of our residents, and ensure needs-oriented care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: You coordinate and work closely with general practitioners, therapists and relatives to ensure the best possible care for our residents
- Plan and document care measures: You plan, carry out and document all necessary nursing measures and ensure that all nursing standards are met
- Participation in duty rosters: You actively support the creation and monitoring of duty rosters to ensure smooth operations and optimal staff deployment
- Participation in internal training and continuing education measures to keep your professional knowledge up to date
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
- Completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric nursing and care specialist in accordance with AVPfleWoqG
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our residents
- Reliability and team spirit – you enjoy working hand in hand with colleagues and actively contributing to the team
- Flexibility and a sense of responsibility – you are prepared to adapt to different needs and situations
- Motivation and willingness to learn – you are open to further training and want to continue developing professionally
- A high degree of responsibility and the ability to work independently
