About the role
- Provide competent basic and treatment nursing care
- Deliver individualized care and support for our residents
- Collaborate with general practitioners, therapists and family members
- Implement the organization’s care concepts for people with dementia
- Offer collegial consultation and support to staff in specialized care
- Conduct internal training on the subject area
- Participate in quality circles and working groups
- Conduct life‑story (biographical) work in collaboration with the resident’s assigned primary nurse
- Contribute to shaping the facility’s care environment (conceptual design)
Requirements
- State‑recognized qualification as a registered nurse with completed further training as a Gerontopsychiatric Nursing and Care Specialist according to AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Commitment and strong organizational skills
- Teamwork skills and good interpersonal competence
