About the role
- Ensure implementation of the quality management (QM) requirements across facilities in the region
- Conduct internal audits, on-site inspections and documentation reviews
- Prepare, accompany and follow up on MD (Medical Service) and local supervisory inspections
- Train and coach staff on QM, nursing and documentation topics
- Support managerial staff with quality analyses and action plans
- Continuously monitor and improve on-site nursing and care processes
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (Registered Nurse)
- Prior professional experience in residential elder care
- Advanced training in quality management
- Confident working with legal and regulatory requirements (SGB XI, expert standards, MD inspection criteria)
- Proficient with care documentation (SIS / structural model)
- Strong communication skills; enjoy analyzing, structuring and improving processes
- Enthusiastic about training and supporting staff
- Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Class B driving licence
