• Manage multiple roles simultaneously across tech, marketing, operations, sales, and leadership
• Conduct structured screening interviews and assess both technical fit and behavioral alignment
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS workflows
• Partner closely with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and reduce bottlenecks
• Deliver clear hiring insights using data, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting
• Improve recruitment workflows, templates, and processes inside the ATS
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process
• Operate comfortably in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited hand-holding
