Civil Engineer

• You take product ownership for our wall assembly — from the load-bearing concrete core to the finished exterior façade
• You develop economical, standards-compliant and scalable wall constructions (insulation, layer composition, system integration)
• You optimize wall geometries with regard to material usage, building physics, cost, reduction of GWP and construction workflow
• You evaluate new insulation systems, materials and hybrid construction methods
• You work closely with project execution and support project acquisition and implementation
• You act as the sparring partner for our 3D printing teams and ensure that all wall system developments are implemented pragmatically and become visible immediately on our construction sites
• You manage multiple parallel projects with external clients and development partners
• You independently lead these projects at a senior level to completion — technically, on schedule and economically
• You systematically transfer practical experience into the continuous development of our construction system
• You don’t see the wall as a mere detail, but as a scalable product

• You take product responsibility for our wall construction — from the load-bearing concrete core to the finished exterior facade
• You develop economical, standards-compliant and scalable wall constructions (insulation, layer composition, system integration)
• You optimize wall geometries with respect to material use, building physics, cost, reduction of GWP and construction sequencing
• You evaluate new insulation systems, materials and hybrid construction methods
• You work closely with project execution teams and support project acquisition and implementation
• You act as the sparring partner for our printing teams and ensure that all further developments of the wall system are implemented pragmatically and become visible directly on our construction sites
• You manage multiple parallel projects with external clients and development partners
• You drive these projects independently at a senior level to completion — technically, schedule-wise and economically
• You systematically transfer practical experience into the ongoing development of our building system
• You don’t think of the wall as a detail, but as a scalable product

Product Owner – Wall Construction, Building Physics

• Du übernimmst Produktverantwortung für unseren Wandaufbau – vom tragenden Betonkern bis zur fertigen Außenfassade
• Du entwickelst wirtschaftliche, normgerechte und skalierbare Wandaufbauten (Dämmung, Schichtenaufbau, Systemintegration)
• Du optimierst Wandgeometrien im Hinblick auf Materialeinsatz, Bauphysik, Kosten, Reduktion des GWPs und Bauablauf
• Du evaluierst neue Dämmsysteme, Materialien und hybride Bauweisen
• Du arbeitest eng mit der Projektausführung zusammen und unterstützt bei der Projektakquise und –umsetzung
• Du bist der Sparringspartner für unsere Druckteams und kümmerst dich darum, dass alle Weiterentwicklungen des Wandsystems pragmatisch umgesetzt und direkt auf unseren Baustellen sichtbar werden
• Du steuerst mehrere parallele Projekte mit externen Kunden und Entwicklungspartnern
• Du führst diese Projekte eigenverantwortlich auf Senior-Niveau ins Ziel – technisch, terminlich und wirtschaftlich
• Du überführst Praxiserfahrungen systematisch in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Bausystems
• Du denkst Wand nicht als Detail – sondern als skalierbares Produkt
