About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, analyze and prioritize new target markets for our 3D concrete printing technology across Europe and beyond
  • Research, qualify and proactively approach potential partners such as construction companies, property developers, architects, engineering firms and concrete manufacturers
  • Identify, win and develop strong strategic partners and key accounts, and build international sales, partner and project structures
  • Capture customer and partner requirements and derive sound decision-making bases for the company
  • Work closely with product development, operations and application engineering to evaluate and implement new projects
  • Support proposals, business cases, partner materials and Go/No‑Go decisions
  • Represent INSTATIQ at trade shows, industry events and during customer and partner meetings domestically and abroad

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, partner management or international market expansion
  • Ideally experience in the construction industry, building materials, construction machinery, precast concrete industry, formwork technology, architecture/engineering sector, PropTech or technical capital goods sales
  • Strong understanding of complex technical products and the ability to explain them clearly to diverse audiences
  • Interest in innovative construction methods, automation and the transformation of the construction industry
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented work style
  • Ability to analyze new markets, identify relevant decision-makers and turn initial conversations into concrete business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, reliability and professional demeanor with international clients and partners
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, pragmatism and enthusiasm for actively building structures in a young company
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
