About the role

  • You will support both the Talent Acquisition and Employer Marketing teams and gain exciting insights into all phases of the recruiting process at KARL STORZ
  • You will assist in creating analyses, reports and presentations and gain valuable practical experience
  • You will contribute your creativity and support the design of content for employer marketing and the HR department
  • You will help organize and actively shape our internal HR communication
  • You will maintain and monitor our talent pool, thereby contributing directly to talent acquisition
  • You will gain first‑hand insights into interviews and modern recruiting methods
  • You will work on smaller projects and learn how employer marketing and recruiting work together to attract talent

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication/Media Studies, HR, Marketing or a related field
  • Interest in recruiting, employer marketing and employer branding
  • Initial design experience (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is an advantage
  • Confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured and independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with different stakeholders
  • Very good German and good English skills
