About the role

  • Lead the global marketing strategy: Direct the worldwide marketing strategy for imaging, OR integration and digital software solutions, ensuring all initiatives align with central growth objectives, R&D investments and commercial targets.
  • Drive launch excellence and portfolio success: Own go-to-market strategies, KPI monitoring, market penetration plans and world-class product launches in a global environment. Manage the budget precisely and with focus on objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence and commercial enablement: Oversee launch readiness, messaging frameworks and global campaign architectures, continuously integrating feedback from clinical, commercial and technical stakeholder groups.
  • Advance technology and innovation integration: Act as the marketing sponsor for digital and software-based innovations, promote the use of AI-powered marketing analytics and identify market shifts early.
  • Act as a strategic partner across the company: Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership, Commercial Excellence, Solution Management and other global functions, and represent your domain in planning cycles and advisory boards.
  • Strengthen presence in clinical and strategic networks: Represent the organization to global key opinion leaders, strategic customers and innovation partners to anticipate market needs and actively shape trends.
  • Build a high-performing team: Recruit, coach and develop a highly qualified team of Market Managers and Senior Market Managers and create scalable team structures for future growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Health IT or a related field
  • 10–15+ years of experience in downstream marketing within MedTech, Digital Health or software
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing senior marketing teams
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of imaging, OR integration or digital software ecosystems
  • Experience with software lifecycle marketing, SaaS or hybrid hardware-software platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the executive level
  • High conflict-resolution skills and an inclusive working style
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong capability to anticipate complex market movements and trends
  • International mindset and fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
