Assist wholesale team in managing and overseeing end-to-end outbound operations: inventory management, seasonal orderbook management, pricing, promotions
Support wholesale team and customers as first point of contact in the office by providing information on the seasonal line, prices, reporting and liaising with other departments
Full ownership and monitoring of outbound flow of goods during the shipping season
Maintain a helicopter overview of processes and information flow between sales, merchandising and logistics and anticipate implications for operations and customers
Perform data analyses and reporting and challenge numbers; spot mistakes immediately
Support key account management and be in direct contact with internal and external stakeholders of the Karl Lagerfeld brand
Use Excel and ERP systems to manage reports and operational tasks
Work on personal research projects while receiving professional guidance and development opportunities
Requirements
Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or related field
Available for the full 6-month internship and enrolled for the full duration
EU nationality or studying in the Netherlands (due to Dutch legislation)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written; other European language is a plus
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Basic proficiency in Excel (familiarity with v-lookups and pivot tables is a plus)
Familiarity with ERP systems
Strong in building and maintaining relationships and working collaboratively with different departments
Proactive, structured, independent, and able to think ahead
Open, honest, and constructive communicator
Strong interest in Wholesale Management and fashion
