About the role

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team (content, design, media, SEO), organizing priorities with clarity, timelines, and delivery quality, keeping the client at the center.
  • Create and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies in Brazil and the United States, serving both local and digital businesses (B2B and B2C).
  • Develop launch plans (infoproducts) and perpetual funnels.
  • Conduct in-depth persona and competitor research.
  • Implement, configure and optimize sales ecosystems: CRMs (HubSpot, RD Station, Kommo and others) integrated with automation tools.
  • Design conversion flows for cold audiences, focusing on aggressive sales results.
  • Integrate content strategy, technical SEO and copywriting to build authority and capture leads, growing lists and audiences from scratch.
  • Attend client meetings and lead the strategic aspects of deliverables with a consultative approach, performance focus, and continuous diagnostics with a Growth Hacking mindset.
  • Work strategically and technically on high-performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) for Karis and clients, with a real focus on ROI/ROAS and CAC reduction.
  • Perform strategic campaign diagnostics with a Growth Hacking perspective, proposing improvements based on data and real results.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end technical SEO experience (keyword research, architecture, on-page, link building and measurable performance via Search Console).
  • Tangible results with campaigns targeting cold audiences (extracted or purchased lists), including copy, funnel, nurturing and conversion.
  • Proficiency in Sales Navigator, Dux-Soup and LinkedIn automations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, automating and operating CRMs (HubSpot, RD Station or similar), structuring stages and integrating with sales teams.
  • Proven track record of building audiences and generating leads from zero.
  • Technical and analytical mastery of Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, Conversion) and Meta Ads, with the ability to diagnose and recommend optimizations.
  • Experience managing performance-critical client accounts with real targets and daily monitoring of results.
  • Fluency in English.
