About the role

  • Shape the strategic direction of the KXAS Business Unit by building a clear, aligned strategic roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with regions, functions, and corporate strategy
  • Lead, support, and challenge core strategic programmes
  • Establish governance frameworks, performance tracking, and KPI-based reporting
  • Drive and implement strategic projects with senior leaders
  • Act as a key interface with AutoStore and internal leadership

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in engineering or business administration
  • Profound experience in strategy consulting or project-based work
  • Proven strategic thinking and analytical strength
  • Ability to shape long-term initiatives and translate strategy into practical execution
  • Skills in navigating ambiguity and driving innovation through data-driven insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management and change-leadership capabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Agile, collaborative mindset
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus)
