• Developing the marketing plan for Germany in close coordination with local sales and service teams
• Planning the marketing mix (65% digital: Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn organic & paid, 3rd party ads, email and 35% offline: telemarketing, events and customer relations)
• Data-driven reporting based on marketing and CRM tools HubSpot and Salesforce
