Solutions Engineer

• Use your engineering knowledge to produce technical interview content in a variety of subject domains, leveraging modern technology, including generative AI
• Partner with our Sales and Client teams as a subject matter expert to present Karat’s content capabilities to prospects and clients, including onsite visits within India
• Work with our Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients
• Review and iterate on Karat’s interview guidelines for conduct and scoring to ensure fairness and consistency as interview formats adapt for AI usage
• Work with our interview Delivery team to revamp interview engineer onboarding
• Develop high-quality technical interview questions to update Karat’s technical content library for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across engineering role types (data science, software engineering, etc.)
• Meet and discuss Karat’s content capabilities with prospects and clients

Product Designer

• Drive major design initiatives that span multiple product areas and significantly impact business outcomes, leading cross-functional teams through complex design challenges.
• Lead and scale our design system, establishing governance, documentation, and adoption processes that ensure consistency and efficiency across all product touchpoints.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to integrate design thinking into organizational strategy and roadmap planning, influencing product decisions at the leadership level.
• Plan and execute strategic user research that informs product direction and business strategy, using data and analytics to measure design impact on business metrics.
• Mentor and develop designers across all levels while leading design critiques and establishing feedback cultures that elevate the entire team.
• Lead cross-functional ideation sessions for complex problems, creating solutions at the intersection of design, business objectives, and technology that advance design-driven initiatives

Lead Product Designer

DevOps Engineer

• Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing yourself as the authoritative voice on Karat's solutions and building high-level trust relationships.
• Partner with Software Engineers globally to thoroughly analyze their hiring processes and performance requirements; ensure precise solution alignment and Karat product delivery as the lead technical expert in Customer Operations and GTM.
• Work strategically with the Company's GTM team throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including:
• Presenting Karat's technical solution to prospects as the subject matter expert,
• Architecting and implementing the initial Karat interview framework for each new enterprise client,
• Conducting regular strategic reviews with customers to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimal performance,
• Designing and delivering executive-level training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Analyze complex performance data and calibrate assessment metrics in collaboration with Karat's Content and Data teams; translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations that strengthen client partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Customer Operations and GTM teams' internal processes by identifying innovative opportunities to deliver additional value to our enterprise clients.
