Manager

• Create and publish 1–3 high-quality full YouTube videos per week (tutorials, news, and edutainment)
• Own the full production process: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
• Serve as an on-camera host, representing Kapwing to a global audience
• Optimize videos for growth through titles, thumbnails, SEO, and retention strategies
• Collaborate with the content team and CEO on content strategy, series, and lead creator interviews
• Identify and capitalize on viral trends, formats, and new video storytelling opportunities
• Repurpose content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, landing pages)
• Become a Kapwing product expert, collaborating with product managers to ensure our product remains best in class
