About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Kaplan teams in a courteous, knowledgeable and timely manner
  • Support the Desktop Operations team by providing timely, site-based technical assistance and hardware support
  • Proactively research and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of personal computing technologies

Requirements

  • Active undergraduate student in their Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year
  • Demonstrated academic achievement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and has a growth mindset, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and priorities, adaptable, a critical thinker, organized and collaborative.
