About the role
- Develop and manage a team of quota-carrying Commercial Account Executives (AEs)
- Drive new business by identifying and pursuing enterprise opportunities to exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies and plans
- Coach AEs to increase productivity through skill development and adherence to activity standards
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to communicate Kandji’s value
- Maintain high activity levels: prospecting, pipeline growth, and prospect qualification
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt strategies
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Provide rapid conflict resolution, inspiration, and build a high-performance sales culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understanding IT management solutions and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables)
