About the role
- Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management within HR systems (e.g., Rippling)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- Coordinate visa and immigration processes in partnership with external legal counsel or PEO providers
- Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and internal policies
- Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs and team activities
- Provide administrative and project support across the People team
- Help improve and scale HR processes, systems, and documentation
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- Experience with an HRIS (Rippling preferred; Workday or similar acceptable)
- Familiarity with U.S. employment law and HR compliance practices
- Exposure to visa/immigration processes (e.g., coordinating with legal counsel or PEOs)
- Strong employee relations judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
