• Support new hire onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management within HR systems (e.g., Rippling)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
• Coordinate visa and immigration processes in partnership with external legal counsel or PEO providers
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and internal policies
• Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
• Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives, including recognition programs and team activities
• Provide administrative and project support across the People team
• Help improve and scale HR processes, systems, and documentation
