About the role

  • Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to understand client needs, identify gaps, and define project scope.
  • Design and configure NetSuite solutions that optimize client workflows and meet specific business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite modules.
  • Develop and execute thorough testing plans to ensure a smooth system transition.
  • Provide user training to ensure adoption of the new NetSuite system.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after go-live, addressing issues and assisting with system optimization.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to develop and document efficient, scalable processes for the Delivery team, ensuring smooth and successful project delivery for future clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of full end-to-end implementation experience in NetSuite (at least 10 new implementations).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionalities, including core modules (Financials, Inventory, CRM, etc.) and industry modules.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
