About the role

  • Responsible for acquiring new and expanding existing key accounts in sub-metering and new business areas
  • Establishing and developing strategic partnerships (residential property management, housing cooperatives, energy suppliers/utilities)
  • Proactively identifying and approaching potential customers through active prospecting, networking and market monitoring
  • Developing customer-specific solution concepts
  • Conducting customer meetings, presentations, trade shows and events
  • Managing the entire sales process: from initial contact through needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
  • Close collaboration with product and project teams to further develop our solutions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, a degree in business/economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in heating/building technology, smart building/metering, real estate management or energy efficiency
  • Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • High level of self-motivation, reliability and ability to execute
  • Service-oriented mindset and professional demeanor at decision-maker level
  • High willingness to travel
