About the role
- Responsible for acquiring new and expanding existing key accounts in sub-metering and new business areas
- Establishing and developing strategic partnerships (residential property management, housing cooperatives, energy suppliers/utilities)
- Proactively identifying and approaching potential customers through active prospecting, networking and market monitoring
- Developing customer-specific solution concepts
- Conducting customer meetings, presentations, trade shows and events
- Managing the entire sales process: from initial contact through needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation and closing
- Close collaboration with product and project teams to further develop our solutions
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, a degree in business/economics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in heating/building technology, smart building/metering, real estate management or energy efficiency
- Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- High level of self-motivation, reliability and ability to execute
- Service-oriented mindset and professional demeanor at decision-maker level
- High willingness to travel
