About the role

  • You will actively grow our Smart Heating business by acquiring new key accounts and maintaining existing ones.
  • You will establish long-term partnerships with housing associations, cooperatives and energy utilities.
  • You identify market opportunities early, proactively contact potential customers and leverage networks to open new doors.
  • You design tailored solutions that meet our customers’ specific requirements.
  • You present our products in face-to-face meetings, at trade shows and at events.
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process: from the initial conversation and needs assessment through proposal preparation to final contract negotiation.
  • You work closely with product and project teams to continuously improve our solutions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business studies with a technical focus
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of technical products, ideally in heating/building technology, smart building/metering, real estate or energy efficiency
  • You are passionate about sales and combine a sales mindset with technical competence
  • A structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
  • A high level of self-motivation, reliability and ability to execute
  • Service-oriented thinking and a professional demeanor at decision-maker level
  • High willingness to travel
