About the role

  • You are the trusted point of contact for our clients.
  • You understand business, operational, and financial challenges.
  • You structure requirements, lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and executive follow-ups.
  • You monitor customer satisfaction.
  • You work closely with the Service Manager and our technical experts to validate service direction.
  • You identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, propose projects or solutions, and manage renewals.

Requirements

  • Business and analytical profile with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain IT issues to decision-makers in plain language.
  • Strong discipline, sense of priorities, and autonomy.
  • Comfortable in an enterprise IT environment: account management, consulting, client-facing roles.
  • Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) is an asset.
  • CBAP/IIBA, Microsoft, Cisco or Ubiquiti certifications, or training in B2B consultative selling are a plus.
