About the role
- You are the trusted point of contact for our clients.
- You understand business, operational, and financial challenges.
- You structure requirements, lead QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and executive follow-ups.
- You monitor customer satisfaction.
- You work closely with the Service Manager and our technical experts to validate service direction.
- You identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, propose projects or solutions, and manage renewals.
Requirements
- Business and analytical profile with strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain IT issues to decision-makers in plain language.
- Strong discipline, sense of priorities, and autonomy.
- Comfortable in an enterprise IT environment: account management, consulting, client-facing roles.
- Experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) is an asset.
- CBAP/IIBA, Microsoft, Cisco or Ubiquiti certifications, or training in B2B consultative selling are a plus.
