Account Executive

• Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities across Kalibri’s target customer segments.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach through signed contracts with a consultative, value-based approach.
• Conduct impactful demos and presentations that highlight ROI and the value of Kalibri’s data-driven insights.
• Prepare proposals and RFP responses, negotiate agreements, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce.
• Build long-term partnerships by understanding client goals and aligning them with Kalibri’s solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Engagement, and Product to ensure sales strategies align with company priorities.
• Represent Kalibri Labs at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to strengthen brand visibility and client relationships.
• Share client and market insights to inform product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.

Enterprise Account Executive

Sales

• Drive Sales Across Verticals: Leverage our unique and insightful data to sell products across all verticals (owners, groups, brands, management companies)
• Drive Sales Across Product Lines & Custom Solutions: Leverage our granular data set to successfully recommend existing products or custom data solutions for each customer’s unique use-case.
• Data Set Expertise: Become a subject-matter-expert in complex data sets
• Sales Strategy Execution: Execute all aspects of the sales capture strategy - from needs assessment to closing deals
• New Opportunities and Renewals: Secure new sales opportunities (both expanding existing customers and hunting new logos) together with managing or assisting with renewals for existing customers
• Proposal Development: Develop proposals, respond to RFI’s and RFP’s, conduct remote and face-to-face sales presentations and high-level demonstrations
• Customer Meetings & Industry Forums: represent Kalibri at face-to-face customer meetings. Attend (or be a member of specific) industry forums as needed
• Collaborate to Drive Customer Experience and Engagement: Work effectively with solutions engineering, marketing, account management/client engagement, customer support and/or product teams to drive roadmaps and action plans needed to support existing and future opportunities
• Customer Evangelism and Competitive Intelligence: Convey competitive intelligence and client feedback with appropriate resources to ensure all areas stay up-to-date on needs and wants for our suite of products
• Client Relationship Management: Strategically build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features and services to existing clients, collaborating with the enterprise account management team

Sales Director

Machine Learning Engineer

• Partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to ensure quality, scalability and efficiency of Data Science solutions
• Tune, operationalize, and deploy high quality AI/ML algorithms into Kalibri’s data platform
• Build systems that setup, generate, and organize training data for online and offline models. Design, develop, and deploy models that integrate within Kalibri’s ecosystem
• Work closely with data scientists to standardize, automate, and operate ML systems.
• Coordinate with development and product functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
• Maintain and expand existing AWS/Snowflake infrastructure with industry best practices, considering scalability, reliability, quality, and cost
• Develop processes and tools to continuously monitor and analyze model performance and accuracy
• Build automated quality tests and monitors that ensure availability, consistency, and accuracy
• Participate in code reviews and design sessions within an Agile process paradigm

Data Engineer

• Define and own the long-term strategy for Kalibri’s data platform, including ingestion, transformation, testing, orchestration, and delivery
• Architect and operate scalable, reliable ELT pipelines in a cloud-native environment using Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, and Python-based frameworks
• Implement engineering best practices across CI/CD, observability, infrastructure-as-code, test automation, and version control
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing data engineering team; foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and operational excellence
• Ensure data quality, availability, and accessibility for downstream consumers (analytics, ML, product, and customer teams)
• Partner with ML Engineering, Data Science, and Product to design and maintain feature pipelines, serving infrastructure, and shared platform components
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve performance, cost, and security of the platform
• Evaluate, select, and integrate modern data tools and vendors (e.g., Airbyte, Fivetran, Great Expectations, Atlan) to accelerate the roadmap
• Champion security, compliance, and responsible data practices (SOC 2, GDPR)
