About the role
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals for our rail products
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with the engineering team to deliver product features and enhancements on schedule
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the rail space
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product
- Lead cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure the product meets quality standards and compliance requirements
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management or Software Management
- Strong knowledge of cloud-enabled SaaS products
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching software products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to product challenges
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
