About the role
- Conduct recruitment processes for positions across different hierarchical levels and functional areas, handling a variable volume of openings;
- Perform market mapping and active hunting, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools;
- Align profiles and requirements with hiring managers, proposing adjustments and recommendations when necessary;
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring clear stages, consistent feedback and transparent communication;
- Support the definition of sourcing and advertising strategies and channels;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for selection processes;
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and present periodic reports;
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, especially those related to technical and technology profiles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or a related field;
- Solid experience in recruitment and selection, including hiring for technology roles;
- Experience with active hunting, market mapping and sourcing;
- Proven experience managing a high volume of concurrent vacancies;
- Experience in fast-growth and constantly innovating environments;
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools and tracking spreadsheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
