About the role

  • Conduct recruitment processes for positions across different hierarchical levels and functional areas, handling a variable volume of openings;
  • Perform market mapping and active hunting, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools;
  • Align profiles and requirements with hiring managers, proposing adjustments and recommendations when necessary;
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring clear stages, consistent feedback and transparent communication;
  • Support the definition of sourcing and advertising strategies and channels;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for selection processes;
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and present periodic reports;
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, especially those related to technical and technology profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management or a related field;
  • Solid experience in recruitment and selection, including hiring for technology roles;
  • Experience with active hunting, market mapping and sourcing;
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of concurrent vacancies;
  • Experience in fast-growth and constantly innovating environments;
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools and tracking spreadsheets;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
