About the role

  • Conduct recruitment processes across different seniority levels and functional areas, handling varying volumes of vacancies;
  • Perform market mapping and active sourcing/hunting using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools;
  • Align candidate profiles and requirements with hiring managers, proposing adjustments and recommendations when necessary;
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring clear stages, consistent feedback, and transparent communication;
  • Support the definition of sourcing strategies and attraction channels;
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for selection processes;
  • Track recruitment KPIs and present periodic reports;
  • Stay up to date on market trends, particularly regarding technical and technology profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in recruitment and selection, including hiring for technology roles;
  • Experience with active sourcing/hunting, market mapping, and candidate sourcing;
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of simultaneous vacancies;
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environments;
  • Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and tracking spreadsheets;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
