About the role
- Conduct recruitment processes across different seniority levels and functional areas, handling varying volumes of vacancies;
- Perform market mapping and active sourcing/hunting using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialized tools;
- Align candidate profiles and requirements with hiring managers, proposing adjustments and recommendations when necessary;
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring clear stages, consistent feedback, and transparent communication;
- Support the definition of sourcing strategies and attraction channels;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for selection processes;
- Track recruitment KPIs and present periodic reports;
- Stay up to date on market trends, particularly regarding technical and technology profiles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields;
- Solid experience in recruitment and selection, including hiring for technology roles;
- Experience with active sourcing/hunting, market mapping, and candidate sourcing;
- Proven experience managing a high volume of simultaneous vacancies;
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, and constantly evolving environments;
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment tools, and tracking spreadsheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
