OT Project Engineer III

• Work alongside Quality Inspectors to review and classify defects on the production floor and catalogue these in internal quality software.
• Prepare and submit non-conformances and proposed dispositions to the customer’s MRB Liaison team via an external portal. Manage and prioritize open non conformances in accordance with delivery priorities.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries and clarifications to obtain MRB disposition approval/concurrence from customer MRB Liaison.
• Prepare internal engineering repair instructions in-line with customer approved dispositions to resolve non-conformances.
• Issue approved repair instructions to production and document the completion of these repairs in the customer portal to allow NC closure.
• Any other tasks or duties deemed necessary by the ME Manager.

Manufacturing Engineer

Data Analyst

• Analyze quality, lab, and process data from carbon fiber production lines (precursor, oxidation, carbonization, surface treatment, sizing).
• Develop dashboards and reports to track NCRs, SPC trends and line performance.
• Support CAPA investigations, customer returns, and variation reduction initiatives using statistical tools.
• Monitor and improve key aerospace-quality metrics for customers such as Boeing, Airbus, and major defense primes.
• Ensure adherence to AS9100, NADCAP, Hexcel specifications, and customer quality requirements.
• Automate data extraction, cleansing, and reporting through R, Minitab, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Operations, Process Engineering, and Lab teams to drive performance improvements at the Kent site.

• Support quality team, perform data analysis and root cause analysis
• Analyze and provide material review disposition for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment
• Participates in design and product reviews to ensure that producibility, inspect ability, reliability, safety, Quality, System integrity and business process management objectives are met.
• Performs root cause analyses.
• Recommends and supports the implementation of corrective actions that are necessary to reduce or eliminate nonconformance to design specifications.
• Interfaces with stake holders to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Define process flow, performs PFMEA & Control plan.
• To understand and implement a Quality Management System in a program.
• Studying the overall Non-Conformances revenue based on Scrap, Rework and Repair data originated at various workshops and provide reports as necessary.
