About the role
- Support the Digital Marketing/eCommerce team with improving digital customer experience.
- Measure performance of digital efforts and provide actionable insights.
- Manage projects from implementation to deployment with development teams.
- Monitor deployment of tags and provide data auditing and quality assurance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting metrics from multiple data sources.
- Monitor site performance and identify friction points to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager implementation.
- Experience creating or maintaining dashboards in Power BI and LookerStudio or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with A/B testing and heat-mapping user insight tools.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with customer segmentation and personalization.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management and ADO.
