About the role
- Lead design sessions to gather and refine customer reporting and Prism requirements
- Deliver high-quality Workday Reporting & Prism solutions, including calculated fields, dashboards, and performance tuning
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to model current and future-state data processes
- Manage and prioritise project tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Support post-deployment activities, including AMS and case management (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Contribute to sales efforts, including bid support and proposal writing
- Mentor junior consultants and support their development
Requirements
- Workday Reporting & Prism certifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting & Prism
- Strong understanding of how data supports business processes
- Proven ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders effectively
- Experience working in agile teams and managing backlogs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commercial awareness and ability to deliver within project constraints
- Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities
- Experience in a client-facing or consultancy environment
- Nice to have: Experience with Workday Data Conversion
- Familiarity with Discovery Boards or Workday People Analytics
- Additional Workday certifications (e.g., HCM, Financials, Integrations)
- Experience managing workstreams or small teams
- Prior experience in a services or consultancy-based delivery model
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others
