About the role
- Play a key presales role in engaging prospects and customers
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer testing challenges
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the presales cycle
- Design and deliver tailored Smart Test demonstrations
- Support value-based discussions and business cases
- Develop deep expertise in Smart Test
- Share customer feedback with product and go-to-market teams
- Support RFPs, proposals, and workshops as needed.
- Participate in team learning and development initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with Workday, HCM, or related enterprise systems
- 2+ years in a presales, solution consulting, or customer-facing SaaS role
- Strong ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and engaging diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
