About the role
- Delivering the Pre Sales strategy by leading and generating Pre Sales activity
- Building relevant relationships with the Business Development team, Capabilities, and customers
- Developing Kainos as a business by managing a pipeline of opportunities
- Providing Presales Leadership by managing bids and development content
- Supporting BU strategic objectives for up-skilling delivery staff in sales-related activities
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with wider BD team and stakeholders
- Managing, coaching, and developing a small number of staff
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a sales-related role (presales, sales consulting, sales, customer success, etc.) selling enterprise software
- Commercial awareness with a demonstrated record of delivering results in a customer centric environment
- Demonstrated people management experience to include leading and coaching people in your team and wider community on sales opportunity strategy
