About the role

  • Fully accountable for the quality of Workday deployments across your capabilities
  • Engage directly with customers on implementation projects
  • Key in developing the capability in your area or local region
  • Mentor junior talent on projects
  • Share knowledge and direct thought leadership both internally and externally

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules
  • Experience with Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus
  • Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
  • Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to formally present to client audiences
  • Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants
  • Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one other specialty with a preference on Advanced Compensation
