About the role
- Fully accountable for the quality of Workday deployments across your capabilities
- Engage directly with customers on implementation projects
- Key in developing the capability in your area or local region
- Mentor junior talent on projects
- Share knowledge and direct thought leadership both internally and externally
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations
- Deep knowledge of Workday HCM core modules
- Experience with Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Talent is a plus
- Manage system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security setup
- Excellent customer management experience working with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to formally present to client audiences
- Ability to work with different functional & technical consultants
- Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one other specialty with a preference on Advanced Compensation
