About the role

  • Responsible for successful delivery of Responsible AI and AI Adoption within the business.
  • Support efforts to position Kainos as a leader in AI Adoption.
  • Drive the adoption of Responsible AI and shape impactful strategies.
  • Engage with policymakers and influence regulatory developments.
  • Provide direction and leadership for the team and solve challenging problems together.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience shaping AI policy.
  • Experience shaping and delivering impactful strategies for engagement with policymakers and public sector and health organisations.
  • Deep industry connections across relevant public sector and health government bodies such as DSIT, Central Government, DEFRA, DWP, DBT including high-level officials.
  • Knowledge of AI adoption challenges and Responsible AI principles and practices.
  • Experience operationalising Responsible AI principles.
  • Collaborative approach and team-attitude.
  • Experience managing, coaching and developing junior members of a team and wider community.
