About the role

  • You will actively support our HR department’s day-to-day operations with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • You will reliably prepare employment references, certificates and other important employee-related documents.
  • You will carefully maintain and update our personnel files.
  • You will take on small HR projects and research interesting HR topics.
  • In applicant management, you will assist with coordinating appointments, preparing and following them up, and aligning with managers.
  • Last but not least, you will help us make our work and processes more efficient.

Requirements

  • You demonstrate strong academic performance (e.g., in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or a comparable field) and have a strong interest in HR topics.
  • Ideally, you have initial exposure and practical experience in the HR area.
  • You have a careful, structured and independent way of working.
  • Discretion and a responsible approach to handling confidential information are a given for you.
  • You are motivated to actively improve processes and tackle challenges; your proactive nature helps you do this.
  • You are communicative, a true team player and eager to contribute to our HR department.
  • You are willing to support on-site regularly in addition to remote work and can commit to at least 12 hours per week.
