About the role

  • Manage human resources programs and services, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, records management, employee relations, safety and health, succession planning, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
  • Maintains accurate employee records in accordance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Partners with managers to address performance issues, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Leads and supports special HR projects by defining objectives, establishing timelines, conducting research, organizing information, and preparing recommendations and reports.
  • Prepares reports and dashboards by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing HR data and trends.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Contributes to departmental effectiveness by supporting new initiatives and continuously seeking opportunities to improve HR processes

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent blend of education and professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing, service, or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and strong organizational multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional decorum.
  • Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is highly desirable.
