About the role

  • Develop the municipal (road/street) sales revenue for your region
  • Coordinate with regional sales and technical teams
  • Prospect, follow up and grow activity with municipal road services (SERVICES VOIRIES) of major metropolitan areas and/or intercommunal authorities in your region
  • Implement individualized actions, in coordination with Marketing and other cross-functional teams, to quickly grow QRC among clients
  • Coordinate with the Municipal after-sales (SAV Municipal) teams
  • Develop Voiries knowledge of RTC-C in your region
  • Support RTC-C teams in the region on “complex” sales of road equipment across all TG product groups
  • Manage tenders with the back-office team and coordinate responses
  • Assist clients with preparing administrative, financial and technical documentation
  • Handle sales opportunities (CRC, trade shows, technician information, distributor information, etc.) for the accounts you manage
  • Record and track activity in the CRM
  • Support and develop HOLDER distributors and handle all HOLDER-related requests
  • Identify and prospect urban cleaning companies (Nicollin, Pizzorno, Sépur, Océan, Veolia/Suez, Derichebourg Environnement, etc.)
  • Monitor portfolios and forecasting to support the National KAM TG Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven commercial experience in a similar field
  • Technical knowledge of road maintenance/street equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, particularly with metropolitan road services departments
  • Comfortable using IT tools (CRM, Google Workspace)
  • Proficient in managing long sales cycles and tender processes
