About the role
- Develop the municipal (road/street) sales revenue for your region
- Coordinate with regional sales and technical teams
- Prospect, follow up and grow activity with municipal road services (SERVICES VOIRIES) of major metropolitan areas and/or intercommunal authorities in your region
- Implement individualized actions, in coordination with Marketing and other cross-functional teams, to quickly grow QRC among clients
- Coordinate with the Municipal after-sales (SAV Municipal) teams
- Develop Voiries knowledge of RTC-C in your region
- Support RTC-C teams in the region on “complex” sales of road equipment across all TG product groups
- Manage tenders with the back-office team and coordinate responses
- Assist clients with preparing administrative, financial and technical documentation
- Handle sales opportunities (CRC, trade shows, technician information, distributor information, etc.) for the accounts you manage
- Record and track activity in the CRM
- Support and develop HOLDER distributors and handle all HOLDER-related requests
- Identify and prospect urban cleaning companies (Nicollin, Pizzorno, Sépur, Océan, Veolia/Suez, Derichebourg Environnement, etc.)
- Monitor portfolios and forecasting to support the National KAM TG Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven commercial experience in a similar field
- Technical knowledge of road maintenance/street equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset, particularly with metropolitan road services departments
- Comfortable using IT tools (CRM, Google Workspace)
- Proficient in managing long sales cycles and tender processes
