About the role

  • Support the Professional Category colleagues to implement and execute tasks related to the Professional Products’ strategy distribution that refers to all categories we sell in our Sales multi-channels and refers to all target groups (customers/agents/dealers);
  • Cooperate also at a cross functional level (with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service colleagues etc.) to execute reporting activities and duties who require Google suite use (Google Sheet, Mailing, Presentations);
  • Apply what learnt in order to support functional colleagues on the development of specific cleaning professional products’ range (e.g. prior a new product launch);
  • Support to prepare products’ presentations we address to our sales colleagues, direct customers / dealers / agents;
  • Cooperate with Trade Marketing colleagues on materials’ preparation that refer to Professional Products as example used during dealer’s events and/or for our Karcher Centers;
  • Cooperate with Digital Marketing colleagues when working for preparing Campaigns and Visual Communications output that refer to our Professional Products as example used during dealer’s events and/or for our Karcher Centers;
  • Eventual additional activities could be assigned by the tutor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent studies (necessary requirement)
  • Master in Product Marketing Management (preferred)
  • Minimum internship of 6 months that has been completed as an internship (stage) in Product Marketing or Sales functions working for industrial or sales professional / robotics / industrial / power-tools products or machines.
  • Very good use of MS Office applications and preferably Google Suite
  • Good in English knowledge and use
  • Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Relational, interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Pragmatic person that shows proactivity and assertiveness
  • Learning speed and listing skills
  • Problem solving approach.
