About the role
- Provide comprehensive support and further development for our key account client Galaxus
- Profit-and-loss responsibility for the key account client Galaxus, including the marketplace
- Plan the product portfolio, procurement and forecasts based on customer data as well as internal data
- Responsible for analyzing and reporting sales results with the aim of achieving revenue targets
- Product launches and market introductions, including content management systems
- Internal and external knowledge transfer of digital sales mechanisms
- Plan and execute all sales-promoting activities (e.g., performance marketing campaigns)
- Brief marketing agencies for performance campaigns, recommendations and data analysis
- Develop e-commerce strategies in collaboration with the Sales Director and e-commerce business partners
- Achieve revenue (and commercial), budget and planning targets for the e-commerce and marketplace channel
- Set targets for individual customers (by category/pools) and then measure and track results to reach goals and optimize investments
- Implement and further develop customer-specific channel plans and strategies to meet targets and drive growth
- Manage and develop the account on an international level
- Proactively identify and coordinate the onboarding of new marketplaces
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training (or equivalent) plus further education in e-commerce (e.g., Bachelor’s degree or similar)
- Work experience in e-commerce, ideally several years
- Very good German skills and good English skills; French is an advantage
- Experience with Google Workspace; SAP experience is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, commercial/sales aptitude, structured and assertive with a hands-on mentality
- Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with a strong implementation focus, strong analytical thinking and confident use of KPIs for data-driven decisions and continuous optimization
