About the role
- Actively sell Karcher's full range of professional cleaning equipment and solutions to clients in core verticals.
- Drive leads and close sales in your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Effectively manage and grow a designated sales territory.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Travel up to 75% within your assigned territory for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the cleaning, janitorial, or related industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with both direct clients and dealer partners.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
