About the role

  • You will build powerful relationships with a wide range of customers across multiple industries.
  • Display how our superior German-engineered technology can raise their standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
  • Lead Kärcher's growth across the industrial channel, developing strategies that place our products in front of businesses nationwide.
  • Identify potential customers and offer cleaning solutions for all parts of their business.
  • Ensure our brand presence is strong and sales targets are exceeded through expert consultation and on-site product demonstrations.
  • Achieve your annual sales budget and targets for the Direct Professional channel.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 face-to-face customer visits and conduct at least 3 product demos per week.
  • Submit a minimum of 10 quotes weekly and accurately capture customer information in our CRM system (OneView).

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in field sales.
  • Matric is essential; a Sales Diploma or Degree is advantageous.
  • A strong technical aptitude and the ability to clearly communicate at all levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to keep the company vehicle in a roadworthy condition.
