About the role
- Accurately and timely completion of Astea Mobile Work Orders
- Responsive Interaction with customers providing the highest level of service
- Satisfy in a timely and complete fashion, all business reporting documentation including timesheets, repair orders, etc.
- Recognizing and securing additional revenue opportunities
- Daily processing of Parts Received at tech location
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of related mechanical or technical experience
- Strong electro-mechanical skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
