About the role
- Provide support to target customer groups and field sales representatives
- Enter orders in the SAP system and process them in a customer-oriented manner
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding deliveries, products and general matters
- Handle customer complaints
- Support colleagues with project reporting
- Actively contribute to and improve processes to increase customer satisfaction
- Participate in various inside-sales projects
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office management clerk) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and/or sales support
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- Confident user of SAP, MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, flexibility, empathy and enthusiasm for new tasks and working in a team
