About the role

  • Provide support to target customer groups and field sales representatives
  • Enter orders in the SAP system and process them in a customer-oriented manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding deliveries, products and general matters
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Support colleagues with project reporting
  • Actively contribute to and improve processes to increase customer satisfaction
  • Participate in various inside-sales projects

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office management clerk) or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service and/or sales support
  • Basic technical understanding is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of SAP, MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems
  • Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, flexibility, empathy and enthusiasm for new tasks and working in a team
