About the role
- Lead customer engagement end-to-end throughout the bid process.
- Manage tenders and prepare competitive proposals.
- Own proposal costing and manage project budgets.
- Analyze customer requirements and coordinate systems design.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through direct visits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Economics, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in bid or sales management.
- Industry experience required; logistics experience is a plus.
- Committed, responsible team player who stays focused on goals and continuous improvement, and can inspire others in collaborative projects.
- Intercultural experience and openness to challenges.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working across disciplines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
