About the role

  • Participate in learning processes to understand customer warehouse workflows, operational processes, and system requirements at customer sites
  • Attend customer workshops and training sessions to understand, gather, and test business and functional requirements
  • Test and validate customer requirements to ensure alignment with WMS capabilities
  • Assist in translating business requirements into technical design documentation using Microsoft Visio, Word, and Excel
  • Participate in daily sessions with teams to test and troubleshoot changes in the customer warehouse site per designs and workshops
  • Participate in performing customer demos of changes and enhancements within the customer warehouse
  • Support implementation of solutions at customer warehouse sites
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with our customers through effective communication and reliable project delivery
  • Assist in training warehouse end-users
  • Follows all standard operating procedures and safety requirements when working in warehouse environments, including required PPE and incident or near-miss reporting
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in supply chain, information systems, or a related field
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management System implementations is preferred
  • Experience working with customers and stakeholders to build professional relationships, resolve issues collaboratively, and deliver desired outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments and deliver results to meet timelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Basic understanding of WMS or enterprise software implementation processes, preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, picking, and shipping processes, preferred
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, and team members at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach frequently; lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally; requires depth perception, color vision, and use of both hands and legs.
  • Ability to work in lab and test environments with exposure to noise, machinery with moving parts, and electrical equipment.
  • Ability to wear required PPE including eye protection, hearing protection, and safety footwear as needed.
