About the role
- Support the strategic development of the marketing, sales & service functions on Group level
- Drive a global sales professionals program including set-up, contents, formats and trainer/participant communication, management and administration
- Organize global sales and digital marketing trainings, enhance contents, collect feedback and challenge suppliers
- Plan and implement an internal award for the sales community, improving the existing concept
- Act as an AI tool expert, staying up to date on latest tools and features to improve team productivity
- Use AI tools to create digital training courses and digital marketing assets
- Communicate individual and team results in management presentations
Requirements
- Currently studying Business Administration or related field (Marketing, Sales, HR, (International) Event Management, (Digital) Media Management)
- Ideally proven results in training, people development and/or event management
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively and highly organized
- Professionally fluent in English; German is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentations (especially PowerPoint)
- Motivated to work with AI tools (e.g. Co-Pilot, Synthesia)
- Availability to start February 2026
- Enrollment as a student (Werkstudent position)
